Host/Hostess

We are looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic and experienced Host to join the team of our fantastic restaurant Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Based on Berkeley Square Sexy Fish has a capacity for up to 200 covers on the ground floor and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired menu with a focus on Japan.

Our Host will be a key part of our Maître d’ - Reception team and therefore we are looking for engaging, well presented, courteous and articulate individuals. As a Host you will be responsible for greeting and seating our guests within the restaurant or bar area. The ability to converse with our guests and in a warm and friendly way is crucial. Our Host will support the Maître d’ to touch the tables throughout service.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

Have experience in a similar role within a high quality and busy destination restaurant or private members’ club.

Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service.

Are charismatic and confident in engaging in conversation with our guests.

Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Are immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of both our guests and colleagues.

Possess a good command of the English language.

Have good product knowledge across food and drinks.
