We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Sushi Demi Chef de Partie to join the team of our fantastic restaurant, Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Based on Berkeley Square Sexy Fish has the capacity for up 190 covers on the ground floor and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous and high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired menu with a focus on Japan.

The successful Sushi Demi Chef de Partie will support the Sushi Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen. Ability to take direction from the more senior chefs and be a good listener is essential.

We are ideally looking for a Sushi Demi Chef de Partie who:
• Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Sushi Demi Chef de Partie in a high volume and fast paced restaurant
• Has a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Has experience working with Asian ingredients would be desirable
• Has knife skills with the ability to create hand rolls and prepare fish
• Has a keen desire to learn and progress
• Is highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Has pride in the presentation and quality of their work
