We are looking for a talented and experienced Prep Chef to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Sexy Fish has a capacity for 190 covers on the ground floor, an extensive bar area and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired fish and seafood menu, complimented with a creative and extensive wine list and cocktail list.

As a Prep Chef you will assist the kitchen brigade in the preparation of produce while supporting the team during service. You must have a desire to develop your skills in cooking, be a good listener and take direction from the more senior members of the kitchen brigade. A passion for food, a desire to learn and a keen interest in working with quality seasonal ingredients are essential attributes of a Prep Chef within our kitchens. Being part of the brigade excellent teamwork skills are required, as is a can do professional approach to work.

We are ideally looking for a Prep Chef who:
• Is currently in a similar role within a high volume and fast paced restaurant
• Has a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Has experience preparing fish
• Has some knowledge, or an interest in, Asian ingredients
• Has a keen desire to learn and progress
• Is highly motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Has pride in the quality of their work
