We are looking for talented and ambitious Pastry Commis Chefs to join the pre-opening team of our fantastic restaurant; Sexy Fish.

Based on Berkeley Square Sexy Fish covers the ground floor and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is a vibrant, glamorous and high energy hot spot focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired menu focusing on fish and shellfish dishes.

As a Pastry Commis Chef we expect you to ensure the smooth running of your section by keeping it clean and tidy and to efficiently carry out the instructions and specifications set by the Chef de Partie or senior chef.

We are ideally looking for Commis Chefs who:
• Have previous experience as a Commis Chef in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
• A passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
• Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
• Are motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Have previous experience working within a restaurant with an Asian inspired menu would be beneficial.
• Gained a qualification in pastry
