Reservationist

We are looking for a talented and charismatic Reservationist to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.

Sexy Fish has a capacity for 190 covers on the ground floor, an extensive bar area and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired fish and seafood menu, complimented with a creative and extensive wine list and cocktail list.

As Reservationist you will be part of the Reservations Team for the restaurant and will be based at our Head Office in Fitzrovia. Our Reservationists assist with managing all phone and email restaurant bookings and enquiries in a polite, helpful and courteous manner. As Reservationist you will be confident communicating with customers and potential customers on the telephone, keeping clam under all circumstances and being able to multi task.

The ideal Reservationists will;
• Have previous experience in a similar role within a high volume restaurant environment or 4/5 star hotel
• A strong working knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservations system is desirable
• Confident in maximising bookings and enquiries for the benefit of the restaurant
• Have an exceptional telephone manner as well as being a natural communicator
• Have excellent written skills and a good command of english
• Be highly professional and articulate at all times
• Have excellent attention to detail and administration skills
• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
