We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Expeditor to join the team at Sexy Fish, part of Caprice Holdings.
Based on Berkeley Square Sexy Fish has a capacity for up to 190 covers on the ground floor and a stunning private dining space on the lower ground floor. The restaurant is vibrant, glamorous with high energy focusing on the finest quality ingredients to create an Asian inspired menu with a focus on Japan.
We are looking for an Expeditor who has an excellent knowledge of the menu to ensure all dishes coming from the kitchen are complete; you must have an eye for detail and quality. As Expeditor you will be managing and training a team of runners and must therefore have strong communication skills. This role as Expeditor is the most important link between both the hot and cold kitchens and the floor.
We are ideally looking for an Expeditor who has:
• Good command of the English language and communication skills.
• Multitasking skills – able to ensure smooth communication with Manager, Head Waiters and the Kitchen at all times during high pressure situations.
• Excellent personal presentation due to being a Front of House role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of floors and service in a similar fast paced restaurant environment.
