Serving a diverse, inspired menu in the hedonistic surrounds of the glittering restaurant this is the only place you will want to be. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the look and feel of Sexy Fish Miami will be glamorous and opulent. 

The food, curated by Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber exquisite and unexpected. The destination bar will boast the US’s largest Dom Perignon selection, alongside Opus One wines and a hard-to resist drinks list. From lunch through to late night you will want to be part the team in this vibrant, high energy atmosphere serving exceptional food and drink.

We are looking for a Server to join the team at Sexy Fish Miami.

When you train to be a Sexy Fish Server, you don’t just learn the job, you unlock your confidence and gain real-world skills.

You’ll discover how to use your charm and attention to detail to deliver the guest experience Sexy Fish Miami is known for, while developing a knowledge of food pairings and the ability to upsell. With a minimum of a five-table section, you’ll ensure your guests are comfortable by providing a seamless service with a personal touch through breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
