We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our new opening Sexy Fish Miami.

As a Payroll Administrator you will work with the Head Office and Restaurant Teams to efficiently manage the end to end Payroll reconciliation. You will have had previous experience in Payroll, and work precisely to ensure correct data is inputted at all times. You will have a proven track record in supporting a large scale business with Payroll and HR, working cohesively with the team in Miami and also the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Preparation of copy payslips and pension and tax statement
  • Updating Payroll system with payroll inputs and perform data validation to ensure correct payout.by validating the pay slips
  • Preparing and maintaining trackers for refer a friend, loyalty bonuses, and any other ad hoc payments.
  • Collect and verify all basic information pertaining to Payroll: Timesheets, Overtime sheets, deductions or additional income. 
  • Check the recent information of all employees (new hires, terminations, changes in status, service etc). All items must be approved by the appropriate Restaurant Manager and HR Manager. 
  • Input all data necessary to produce the Payroll in a timely and accurate fashion. 
  • Maintain balance sheet analysis for any payroll clearing accounts and tax/medical/legal liabilities. 
  • Prepare reports concerning payroll taxes and submit to local authorities within the allotted time. 
  • Check that overtime is properly approved and accounted for, produce report-showing variances between budgeted/scheduled overtime and actual results. Prepare overtime accrual. 
  • Prepare overall bank transfer request and secure necessary approvals. Perform computerized function to send the bank’s file, in order to transfer payroll to each employee’s Bank account.
  • Maintain all files with the utmost security for the protection of the employees. 
  • Ensure that all local, state/province and national taxes are deposited timely, and all related reports are filed on a timely basis. 
  • Must be able to maintain good relationships with all restaurant staff. 
  • Ensures confidentiality in all matters related to Payroll activity.
