Description
Shaka Bowl in HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY, is looking for FULL TIME experienced and skilled line cooks for our newest fast-casual location opening up on Washington Street. Started in 2016, Shaka Bowl is a Hawaiian insipired restaurant serving healthy bowls and smoothies to our always on-the-go customers.
As a line cook, you will work one of two stations:
- Grill Station (grill, griddle, fryer): you will grill the proteins for the restaurant as well as create our hot food items and deep-fried side dishes.
- Poke Station: you will assemble poke (sushi in a bowl) bowls for our customers. This is a very fast-paced position, similar to working at a salad station.
As a line cook, you will work one of two stations:
