Skills, Duties and Essential Functions:
• 2 plus years restaurant experience
• Culinary training / education preferred
• Fast paced, fine dining / sushi experience
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat / fish, or preparing sauces)
• Preparing menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Exceptional Knife Skills Required
