Description
Located on Hudson Street between the Meatpacking District and West Village, Sherry B Dessert Studio has expanded its dessert concept to include a beverage and savory program. Our hospitality focuses on a welcoming dining room with exceptional food and warm customer service. We are looking for a motivated General Manager to lead our growing staff. As GM you will work closely with the Chef/Owner and management to build on our recent successful launch.
Our GM is responsible for all operational matters. Successful candidates will have strong communication, leadership, organizational and people skills. Candidates must have at least 2 years management experience in a restaurant environment. Candidates should have knowledge of the restaurant operating environment, including point of sale systems, financial management, inventory management, labor management and NYC regulations. Dessert enthusiasm is required!
