We are looking for a Strong GM to run ops on our awesome Vietnamese Restaurant Bunker in Bushwick .
-Advanced level of Spirits, Wine, Beer knowledge
- POS programming
- High level professionalism and ability to communicate and lead a team
- multi-unit experience big plus
- Integrity and personally dedicated to honesty and transparency with staff and management
- Excellence in doing what needs to be done, as well as it can possibly be done
- Hospitality with the ability to deliver an "above and beyond" experience for our guests
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/oral/listening)
- Master of working the room to ensure guest satisfaction
- Vietnamese food experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasking
- Problem solving & delegation
