Shuka is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Soho. Part of The Bowery Group (Cookshop, Rosie's, Vic's) and led by Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, we offer fun and vibrant dishes in a relaxed setting.
We provide our staff dining privileges with sister restaurants, flexible scheduling, and transit benefits. We do require open weekend availability including holidays.

-Reliable, punctual, professional
-Organized and efficient
-Positive, fun personality
-Ability to handle high volume, fast paced environment
-Must have lunch, brunch and holiday availability
