The project, helmed by famed Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, features a menu inspired by the foods and flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East. Every night feels like a weekend party on the coast! With a beverage program to match, including an esoteric wine list sourced within 30 kilometers of the Mediterranean and fortified and aromatized cocktails, the entire menu captivates our guests.
