The role…

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel team, in delivering exceptional quality of food and menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section within the kitchen, working to the high standards, have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver prompt instructions and receive direction from the Sous and Head Chefs
At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
