Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK. We plan on opening Slim Chickens across the UK and are building a team of passionate, ambitious, driven people to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.

We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality fresh chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern American style hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the door is always open.

What do we look for in a General Manager?


• Have total responsibility for managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant both Front of House and Back of House
• Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality
• Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of the Slim Chickens brand
• Take advantage of local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant and the Slim Chickens brand in your local area
• Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Proactively develop and train your team to be the best at what they do
• Build a passionate, engaged team that provide a great guest experience and can support with future new site openings
