We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Duty Supervisor to join the team at Sloane Street Deli, part of Caprice Holdings.

Serving an eclectic menu spanning the globe from modern European deli dishes, with Pan-Asian influences and American food trends, Sloane Street Deli strives to create an atmosphere where our customers will be able to enjoy their meal in a warm and relaxed environment, whilst receiving outstanding service.

The ideal Duty Supervisor candidates will:
• Ensure full understanding of the food & beverage menus with the ability to effectively provide our customers with detailed description of dishes and service of drinks.
• Able to effectively and efficiently deal with customer requests and complaints.
• Provide the highest levels of service to our customers at all times and anticipate customer needs to deliver first class service.
• Overseeing the Deli when the GM is not on site.
• Responsible for the running of the day to day business including opening and closing of the Deli.
• Support with training for new FOH employees
• Aptitude for stock ordering, and aware of stock management.
• Develop strong relationships with the clientele and staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management.
• Competent cash handling and responsible for cash up
• Ensuring cleaning rota, opening & closing checklist are completed, checked and filed.
• Ensure compliance with all company health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.

Opening hours for the Deli are Wednesday to Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 9am-6pm
