We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Waiter to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel, part of the renowned Firmdale Hotels. Our hotels are celebrated for their unique design, exceptional service, and vibrant atmosphere.

As a Commis Waiter, you will play a vital role in supporting our team to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a keen interest in hospitality and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the wider team by attending to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our menus and order of service.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Working closely with a team of ambitious, friendly, and hardworking colleagues.
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in your work area.

What you Need:

  • A keen willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A passion for detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
