Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional service? Firmdale Hotels is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Room Service Waiter to join our dynamic team at the renowned Soho Hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making guests feel special, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This role is a working pattern of four on, four off per week with shift hours of 7pm to 7am.

As a Night Room Service Waiter, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with guests by taking and delivering orders promptly and accurately
- Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Handling multiple orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
- Providing timely and effective responses to guest requests
- Working independently or as part of a small team throughout the night
What you Need:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
