Locker Room Supervisor
Description
Responsibilities
• Supervise locker room attendants, ensure that they understand their duties, and are informed about any updates
• Monitor employee productivity while providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Track large amounts of inventory in linens, retail items, and calculate total cost of day-to-day sales
• Assist other departments whenever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in guest services and supervisory position
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays & weekends
• Strong organizational skills
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
