Primary Goal: To serve guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The level of service must be consistent with established “Spago” standards in every respect. The host is the first and last experience that the guest has of any restaurant. Your role is to ensure that all guests are greeted promptly in a warm & courteous fashion. Try to make a connection with the guest & make sure they are overwhelmed with the WELCOME! And that we always thank our guests and hope they will join us again soon.

Following are standard operating procedures that we expect you to adhere to diligently. In addition we also expect you to bring a smile, a good attitude & a willingness to serve the guest.

The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group has established SPAGO with the objectives of providing a unique cuisine paired with a special ambiance in order to create a memorable fine dining experience for our guests. SPAGO is part of our continuous effort to offer superlative quality and the highest level of gracious and courteous guest service. To perform successfully, SPAGO employees must not only have the qualifications and abilities to perform each of the essential functions of this position, but also must continually strive to meet or surpass The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group's objectives & exacting standards.
Some example of the abilities required for position
1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
2. The ability to lift and carry a minimum of 15lbs.
3. The ability to advocate for the guest experience
4. The ability to handle and process all necessary documents including but not limited to gift certificate requests, cake order requests, pre-payment requests, special order forms, book order forms, and special event request forms.
5. The ability to review the daily Shift Notes and communicate the information when needed.
6. The ability to follow all phone scripts with professionalism and friendliness.
