Spring Place is a new, hospitality driven collaborative workspace concept that connects work, leisure and culture for entrepreneurs and global creative professionals. We are hosting three renowned Food & Beverage concepts including No.1 Bar in the world from July 8th till August 27th.

We are looking for highly skilled candidates with fine dining and high-volume experience. Full commitment for this period is required to be considered especially evening shifts. This is once in lifetime opportunity to work and gain valuable experience and become part of Spring Place team and rapidly growing network around the globe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Approaches guests and welcomes them upon arrival.
• Maintains a clean, well-groomed professional appearance at all times.
• Is knowledgeable about restaurant information regarding cuisine, culinary team and beverage offerings.
• Mixes cocktails/beverages to order for service team.
• Washes/polishes all bar glassware
• Stocks all bar fridges with juices, garnishes, glassware and rocks ice.
• Maintains cleanliness in the bar at all times.
• Set up bar following with all product and supplies required.
• Cut fruit to maintain pars in caddies and backstock.
• Replace and rotate draft beer kegs and soda as needed.
• Maintains par stock levels for wine, champagne, beer, liquor, N/A and perishables at start/end of shift.
• Fills juices and batched cocktails as needed.
• Retrieves spirits and wines from cellar as needed.
• Prepares specialty prep and garnishes for daily bar prep.
• Follows all state bar safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Complies with health, safety, sanitation regulations and alcohol awareness standards.
• Alerts management team when bar necessities’ inventory is running low.
• Maintains consistent attendance.
• Maintains a positive attitude whenever on floor.
• Arrives for work at scheduled time in clean and pressed uniform.
• Performs additional bar related duties as required.
