JOB SUMMARY:
" Employee Reports To: Director of Member Services
" Responsible for answering phones and questions regarding Spring Place.
" Greeting members, scheduling appointments, coordinating group bookings, checking guests in and out, and cashiering.
" Selling conference rooms as well as, up selling of services and upgrades while meeting booking goals.
" Consistently provides exception guest service always.
" Responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, cashiering, assisting members with checking in/out and issuing lockers in accordance with established policies and procedures.
" Answers the phone promptly in a professional manner, proper salutation, and assists members with any questions.
" Accommodates guest's needs by scheduling, confirming, and changing appointments accurately and timely.
" Maximizes revenue by promoting services.
" Greets and facilitates check in and out of spa providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service.
" Assist members on the floor, provides tours, and other tasks as needed.
" Ascertains correct guest information and enters accurately in the computer.
" Solicits guest feedback.
" Asses and resolves scheduling conflicts with minimum supervision.
" Enforces cancellation policies and follows up on collections.
" Provides current and detailed information about all services and products offered by Spring Place.
" Handles sales transactions and keeps an accurate bank.
" Ensures that all conference rooms are kept in accordance with standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
" Ensures that the designated areas are fully stocked with the needed supplies and amenities.
" Properly maintains the daily log, including accounting for completed tasks, tracking issued keys, issued lockers, and reviewing the communications log on a routine basis.
" Maintains professionalism, grace, and dignity at all times Refrains from discussing company or personal business at all times.
" Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
" Ensures the safety and security of all members and team members by reporting any suspicious activity to Director of Member Services or designee.
" Demonstrates working relationship and communication skills conductive to a professional and friendly work environment with all departments, team members, and management.
" Maintains up to date knowledge of all Spring Place amenities as well as any special events.
" Resolves and/or refers to management all members requests, concerns, complaints and suggestions quickly, efficiently and courteously in a continuous effort to provide exceptional guest service.
" Attends all training and team meetings as required.
" Performs and assists with other duties as assigned or requested by management.
