The primary responsibilities include organizing the pass and expediting tickets, serving food to guests, describing food in detail, general cleanup, stocking, and polishing silverware, as well as interacting warmly with guests to ensure our high standard of hospitality is met. An interest in Italian cuisine and hospitality, wine and spirits, teamwork and a professional demeanor are important. Fine dining experience is a plus, and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally is valued by us.
