STK is an internationally acclaimed steakhouse brand brought to you by The ONE Group. We are currently looking to add line cooks to our culinary team!
Qualified broiler cook candidates will possess 1-2 years experience in fine dining or upscale dining restaurants that specialize in "from scratch" cooking using modern and contemporary technique. Steakhouse experience preferred.
Job duties inlcude:
- Opening and checking station, ensuring a totally set station for service.
- Communicating with the butcher, making sure there is a clear line of communication in regards to meats in house, meats needed to be ordered, issues, dates, protein rotation, etc.
- Cooking all meats to the desired degrees, as requested by our guest.
- Following company recipes, protocols, methods, plating, to the letter.
Must be hard working, motivated, disciplined, have sound organization skills, be passionate about great food and have an insatiable desire to learn and be the best.
