The ONE Group - a global leader in the hospitality industry is seeking a Sous Chef for our flagship location, STK Downtown & Rooftop!
A qualified candidate will have demonstrated an extensive leadership background in a busy kitchen as well as past experience as a Sous Chef. The candidate will have also worked in restaurants that specialize in "from scratch" cooking using modern and contemporary technique.
Must have the ability to manage a large kitchen staff, participate in specials and menu development, as well as carry out directives from the Executive Chef.
