DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Pull all necessary equipment for an event based on the Banquet Event Order
- Polish and wrap equipment at the end of the event
- Side work required for setup of events
- Attend Pre-Shift Meetings with team and management to review BEO
- Knowledge of standard setup for table setting, buffet setting, stations, etc, according to company standards
- Work directly with culinary team to ensure timely food pick up and delivery
- Serve customers quickly, does not allow back-ups or snags in serving lines
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of Banquet menu items and products. Can explain to customers accurately.
- Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak hours calmly, accurately and efficiently.
