As a Sugar Factory Floor Manager you would:
• Lead a team to create a high quality personalized experience, we strive to anticipate and fulfill every guest expectation in preparing and serving each meal.
• Direct and coach team members to provide superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Continuously seek ways to improve our performance, we look for innovative ways to “surprise and delight” with each guest encounter by creating ambience unlike any other, providing an energetic, personable, and diverse service team, and demonstrating an acute attention to detail.
Guest Service teams will be progressively developed and cross-trained, enabling them to work every station in their areas of expertise, wherever and whenever needed, to create a synergy that is seamless, magical, and financially prudent.
Sugar Factory will make a personal commitment to each associate’s growth and development, continually challenging and encouraging them to master their craft and become leaders in their field.
