Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager position oversees our retail operations in coordination with the Retail Manager, some of the essential functions include:

- Train the retail staff
- Coach the retail staff
- Answer questions to internal and external customers
- Discipline when needed
- Oversee the general operations of our retail locations
- Follow our guidelines for displaying our products, rotation of the products
- Model and coach in the steps of service
- Additional assignments based on needs

Candidates who can exhibit key indicators of hospitality, empathy, passion for food, flexibility are likely to succeed on this role.

This is a full-time position with holidays, weekends, evening hours required.
