Set within a quirky Dutch house in the buzzing centre of Amsterdam, Super Lyan was the first bar outside of the UK from drinks visionary Ryan Chetiyawardana  (aka Mr Lyan) and his team who brought you White Lyan, Cub, Dandelyan, Lyaness, Silver Lyan and more.

Travelling the world, Ryan sources the weird and wonderful, using bespoke techniques and experimenting with ingredients to develop new ways to capture flavour. Mr Lyan and his highly-accoladed team use unique ways of looking at the world to create drinks that you probably won’t find anywhere else.

Super Lyan, the most playful bar in the group, is a laid-back, casual cocktail bar offering kick ass cocktails, beers, wine and bites late into the night.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A COCKTAIL BARTENDER?
We’re looking for a new Cocktail Bartender to join the Amsterdam Lyan Fam. If you have a passion for drinks and flavours, an energetic personality and a desire to deliver engaging service then Super Lyan is the place for you.

You’ll be joining a fun, quirky and knowledgeable team with a diverse background, who all share a love of great hospitality and damn good drinks.

Here’s a list of what you’ll be doing as a Cocktail Bartender:

• Getting creative with the team by designing cocktails for our new menu launches.
• Welcoming guests, getting their orders, offering your expert advice on our menu and serving the drinks
• Preparations of garnishes and batches following using Super Lyan recipes
• Ensuring the bar is always in prime condition and keeping it clean
• Engaging with the bar guests and showing them your personality

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Salary starting from €2288 per month plus tips based on a 42-hour contract
• 4 days work week
