Head Baker

Superba Bakehouse is looking for an energetic and dedicated Baker to join our team! The Baker will take a role in the daily production of our pastry and bread program. This person will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain quality standards and ensure flow of daily operations.  Hours are: 3 AM to 11:30 AM, five day a week.

What we are looking for:
· 2 years of pastry and bread experience specifically mixing, shaping, and croissant production.
· Detail oriented and cool under pressure
· A self-motivator, who works clean and stays organized
· Respect for coworkers and a team player mentality is essential
· A desire to learn, grow and be a future leader also encouraged
