The Role!
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, our Procurement Analyst will source and execute strategic partnerships with farms and manufacturers to foster long-term relationships and support a dramatically growing business. Applicants must possess a dynamic personality, strong communication and negotiation skills, be detail oriented, and be able to drive long term value proposition, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage select procurement categories, and be responsible for driving continuous category improvement based on internal key performance indicators
• Create, manage and execute procurement RFI/RFQ/RFP activities items based on established supply chain life cycle requirements
• Responsible for Supply Chain contract management process, and ensuring the contract life-cycle process is followed
• Manage supplier scorecard performance review process
• Responsible for pricing reconciliation and ensuring CAVA + Zoe’s negotiated contracts are being executed accordingly within distribution
• Responsible for the management and execution of CAVA + Zoe’s LTO (limited time offer) program

The skills!
• 2-4 years of experience in food & beverage supply chain management
• 2+ years of procurement experience / category management
• Vendor selection/management experience required
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Material planning experience preferred
• Project management experience needed.
• Prior experience managing a budget preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving company ideal
• Ability to review and understand relatively complex financial information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
