Senior Data Tableau Analyst

The Role:
We're looking for happy and hardworking people to be a part of our growing team. As a Senior Data Tableau Analyst, you will help us craft the next generation of our EDW and integration platform that supports a data driven culture to enable our teammates to make educated decisions with the data we provide.

What You’ll Do:
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
• Identify, analyze, and report trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Determine table structures and optimize data connections for visual reporting
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues and anomalies with reports and data
• Triage data issues and determine root cause

The Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems or a comparable data analytics/financial field
• 5+ years’ experience in a data, analysis, or technical role
• Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently in your area of responsibility
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate and provide updates to leadership groups.
• Strong understanding and ability to read and write of ANSI SQL
• Advanced experience with Tableau
• Strong experience with database reporting (SQL, Redshift, etc)
• Adept at queries, report creation and presenting findings
• Strong experience with collecting reporting requirements and transforming ideas into Tableau reports

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify, assess and observe detail
• Must be able to push and pull up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
• Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
