Senior Social Media Strategist

Description
Senior Social Media Strategist

CAVA can trace its roots back to a single restaurant in Bethesda, Maryland. Today it includes nearly 90 fast-casual Mediterranean restaurants and a line of chef-crafted dips and spreads sold in Whole Foods Markets nationwide. In 2018, CAVA joined with Zoës Kitchen – and together, we’re sharing a passion for bold, craveable meals and exceptional guest experiences with eaters across the country.

From our restaurants to our support center, CAVA team members foster a culture built on five pillars:

• Positivity – We believe in the power of positivity. Every one of us can change someone’s day for the better.
• Transparency – We believe in open and respectful communication. We use transparency to help us make decisions and inform how we talk to each other.
• Humility – We can always find ways to improve. The more we learn, the more we see how much we don’t know and how much we need others to help us learn to grow.
• Fanaticism – We are passionate about our mission and the opportunity to turn every guest into a fanatic. We bring that energy to everything we do.
• Thoughtfulness – To us, every detail matters. We go above and beyond for our guests, our teams, and our communities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and establish paid vs organic social media strategy
• Establish KPIs and metrics for social media platforms and campaigns, analyzing performance and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
• Leverage social listening tools and partner with platforms to identify new opportunities for innovation and cross-channel content creation
• Establish paid and unpaid influencer marketing approach, KPIs, and strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and execute editorial content calendar to holistically align messaging across a variety of guest touch points
• Establish and maintain relationships with key social platforms to provide best practices, guidelines, and ongoing beta opportunities for CAVA and Zoe’s Kitchen

The Qualifications:
• Experience working with culturally relevant brands and understanding of what it takes to stay on pace with the ever-changing landscape of social media.
•4-6 years of experience managing results driven social media campaigns, preferably for a lifestyle, food or hospitality brand.
• Strong attention to detail in both written and visual contexts coupled with creative writing skills tailored to the social environment.
• Be able to think creatively and strategically, with an eye for social content
• Experience working with social media tools & platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily adapting to changing priorities and aggressive time frames
• An “always on” sense of urgency; must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weeknight and weekends as needed.
