FAST PACED SUSHI RESTAURANT LOOKING FOR SUSHI CHEF AND WAITRESSES
Sushi Lucy is a new kaiten style sushi restaurant located in north Miami looking for a strong Sushi Chef and Waitresses for full time / part time position.

•Sushi chef must be well rounded with good knife skills and knowledge of filleting whole fish, cutting sashimi and making nigiri.

•Waitress must have a friendly personality, be attentive to guest and a team player. Will be required to have some sushi restaurant experience with knowledge of Asian ingredients, Sakes, Wines and Japanese beers.

This is a fast pace restaurant so both sushi chef and waitresses need to be fast, neat and work well with others. We're open 6 days a week for diner service, Sunday, Tuesday- Thursday 5:00-11:30pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00-12:30pm , Mondays we're closed.
