Description

Established restaurant group behind Crave Fishbar is opening a new concept and looking to hire our opening management team. The forthcoming taco spot is a dynamic concept featuring a quick-service counter on the first floor and large bar and dining room on the second floor. Our Midtown East location will look to capitalize on the lunch rush and happy hour crowd while serving our guests chef-driven tacos, tostadas and ceviches made with premium ingredients coupled with an extensive agave-based bar program of fun craft cocktails and frozen margaritas.

We are seeking seasoned, hospitality-driven professionals with high-volume experience who can talk confidently with our guests about our menu (experience with mezcal and tequila a plus!). We believe in a positive, supportive, inclusive work environment and strive to surround ourselves with talented, hardworking, passionate, fun people who have a genuine love for hospitality. Our current restaurant, Crave Fishbar, is one of very few Certified B Corps that are restaurants and we believe in more than just the bottom line.

Minimum two years experience is required.
