Head Chef

We are very excited to be recruiting a Head Chef. To be considered, you’ll have a few years’ experience working as a Senior Sous or Head Chef, cooking in a kitchen that cares about the food it sends out.  You’ll be working with the freshest of fish delivered direct from Brixham every day, you will be a natural leader, supporting and working with your team to ensure great service standards are meet at all times.

Salary is inclusive of tronc, bonus, reduced winter opening hours and paid over time.
