Tanner's is a fast paced, high volume cocktail and craft beer bar with a carefully curated food program located in Midtown West. We are currently seeking an experienced bar and restaurant manager who is well versed in elevated service standards. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the following key areas:

- Craft cocktail, craft beer & wine knowledge
- Staff training & product knowledge development
- Innate sense of hospitality
- Ability to maintain high service standards
- Scheduling
- Corporate event management / planning

Tanner's concept requires a candidate who is passionate about the service industry. The best candidates will be energetic with an outgoing personality and be able to seamlessly integrate into our existing team. Candidates must be self starter's and willing to develop their knowledge continually on our F&B program and guest relations.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance within the organization to GM with future progression into a managing partner position at future ventures if the desire and capacity are demonstrated.
