This is a fabulous opportunity to join us as a Head Chef.

Working closely with the General Manager and the restaurant team; you will be a Head Chef or an established and experienced Senior Sous Chef who is already working in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant environment. You will manage all kitchen operations whilst leading and developing the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards across all kitchen operations; taking responsibility for the creation of accomplished classic and elegant tapas dishes, ensuring consistent levels of food quality, presentation and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will:

- Have previous experience working as a Head Chef or an established and experienced Senior Sous Chef within a quality restaurant environment.
- Be passionate about delivering high quality food and sharing our love of Spanish tapas & drinks with both the team and our customers.
- Be a clear and concise communicator who shares their knowledge of the foods and ingredients of Spain.
- Ensure consistency in standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.
- Have a confident personality, full of resilience and who wants to deliver the highest levels of service.
- Have a strong teamwork ethic, who are humble and shows respect for all their colleagues.
- Have strong people skills to manage, motivate and lead a team and enhance the skill level of the brigade.
- Be commercially savvy to maximise revenue and shows good control of budgets, stock management, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
- Proactively works to grow the business with the Restaurant Management Team and assist in achieving the highest levels of customer service.
- Experienced at training and developing a successful team.
- Is a clear and concise communicator with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient.
