Reservation Host

We are looking for a bubbly Reservations Host to join our Brindisa family. You will be the first and the last person our guests see and you make sure that all of them, receive a warm Brindisa welcome. Due to the size of the restaurant, the Reservations Host in Soho is a hybrid role, perfect for an experienced waiter with a great personality, great sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail who wishes to change the environment and look after the reservations side of the business.

The role with the responsibility to represent and uphold the Brindisa vision and values, delivering outstanding customer service to every guest from the moment they make contact or enter and leave our restaurant, ensuring that throughout their experience they are met with service which exceeds expectations and results in increased revenue and return custom. At the same time, the role requires working on the actual floor supporting the front-of-house team.
