You have been creating memorable experiences for guests in a bustling fine/casual restaurant as a team member at the door and you are certain that your passion and knowledge can advance you to become a hospitality leader with more opportunity and mentorship.

Our well established restaurant has one of the best track records of service standards, volume and foodie fans in town and we are looking for a qualified candidate that understands the culture and charm required to keep us there. Through grace and knowledge, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining composure with both guests and your team, you will not only set up our books but see us through seamlessly busy nights. If you are bashful, catty, egotistical, soft spoken, or just plain don't absolutely love people this is not the position for you.

Requirements for the position included, but are not limited to~

*Above average skills with OpenTable Guest Center, with recent high volume experience.
*Strong familiarity with wine, especially Italian and Spanish.
*High standards of hospitality, especially understanding how to proactively please our guests.
*Strong presence that is assuredly committed to helping people, and your team, without being overbearing.
*Well spoken in the most demanding of situations and the ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.
