Tatsu Ramen is an ultra-popular ramen destination with 3 locations in Los Angeles and another opening soon in New York City.
We are looking for a highly motivated, go-getter who will oversee the entire restaurant operations for our two stores in LOS ANGELES ensuring high standards of food quality and service at all stores.
This is an exciting ground floor opportunity with a lot of room to learn and grow as we pave the road for rapid expansion. Your decisions and actions will make a real impact on thousands of customers we serve every day!
Duties include but not limited to:
· Work with owners to oversee the entire restaurant operation ensuring high standards of food quality and service at all stores.
· Oversee store repairs, maintenance, renovation, and construction projects.
· Collaborate in developing and implementing procedures to enhance store operations, safety and sanitation.
· Document and train staff as needed on said procedures.
· Be the go-to resource for all technical knowledge.
· Interface with vendors and landlords as needed.
· Enforce health regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience working in a management role in a high-volume restaurant.
· Solving technical problems under pressure excites you.
· Have near-OCD attention to details.
· Have flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
· Comfortable wearing many hats in a startup environment.
PLEASE NOTE: This position requires you to be in Los Angeles, CA and we do not pay for relocation.
