We are looking for an experienced and passionate line cook with a great attitude and yada, yada, yada...who are we kidding? You know the routine.

You will report directly to the Executive Chef & Partner, Raphael Francois, and the Chef de Cuisine, Laurent Sanchis.
We know that this is a challenging time for everyone, so we are asking for commitment and flexibility.
We currently have an intimate group of kitchen professionals with the capabilities to work all stations (at different times), including but not limited to, garde manger, sautee, pasta, grill, fish, or pastry production...and we expect the same from all of our incoming team members.
Requirements to join the greatest kitchen staff in LA:
- Ensure all food and product is properly prepared and ready for service according to recipe and standards.
- Understand and follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Properly follow all recipes and correctly apply newly learned techniques.
- Be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Have a high standard of excellence, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Be a team-player with a "can-do" attitude
- Be positive and respectful even under pressure
- Have good knowledge of cooking and baking techniques
