Restauranteur Bill Chait's (formerly of Bestia, Republique, Otium, etc) newest restaurant venture, Tesse, is hiring for all positions. Our chef is Raphael Camacho, two-star Michelin chef of the Connaught Hotel in London, and Le Cirque in NYC. We're looking for a passionate group of people that are hospitality and Guest focused, with a love for food and beverage, and of course, service.
Our aim is to ensure fair wages for each individual, and will be adding a 20% service charge to each Guest check. This service charge will then be split up between every employee in the restaurant. Applicants should be: great multi-takers, good communicators, efficient, passion for learning in a fine dining kitchen, desire to grow, dependable and reliable. All applicants should have at least 2 years experience in an upscale Los Angeles kitchen.
We're looking to push the boundaries in food and beverage, and of course, hospitality. Our staff is our first and foremost focus and we believe that we cannot accomplish any goal without a strong and driven team. We put you at the center of our vision because we believe that everything else will come if the staff is happy and set up for success.
