ABOUT US
The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.
It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The Club’s membership is a growing community of like-minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

What Will You Do
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and performance to ensure that it is operating properly
- Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc.
- Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies
- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described. Including developing, maintaining and monitoring procedures for all server and user backups
- Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
- Ensure that the maintenance of all electronics-related equipment and its associated auxiliaries are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
- Arrange the systems well in advance before the functions and collect and place them back in the stores in good working conditions
- Ensure that IT rooms, electrical panels audio – video control areas are kept clean and orderly
- Commit to delivering high levels of customer service
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels
- Understand hospitality systems, especially point of sale, specifically Micros.
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent team management skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for an extended period of time
