Our passionate team are seeking a Receptionist to join them in bringing wonderful experiences to our guests.

The Atlantic on the Isles of Scilly is set in the most stunning location with unrivalled harbour views. Pristine sandy beaches, turquoise seas and an unrushed pace of life where everything feels more relaxed. Enjoy a break in our comfortable rooms above our friendly busy pub and enjoy a place to eat on the Isles of Scilly at our restaurant and terrace with superb coastal views.

Working closely with the team at our busy hotel, you will:

·          Provide a warm, welcoming, and wonderful check in experience.

·          Handle a range of requests to deliver a memorable guest experience.

·          Be a positive member of the team, supporting others wherever possible.

About You

Whether you have previously worked in hospitality or not, you’re proud of what you have achieved in customer service and administrative roles. Striving to obtain further achievements, you possess a natural flair for communication and thrive on delighting guests. Your experience has seen you:

·          Develop a passion for creating positive and memorable experiences that ‘wow’ your guests.

·          Demonstrate a natural warmth towards guests, with the ability to build a rapport that puts them at ease.

·          Thrive under pressure and get a buzz from working in a busy environment.

·          Develop experience and confidence in using IT systems.

·          Shine as a supportive team player.
