Description
Seeking a Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in all culinary activities for the restaurant. This position will assist in oversee all daily activities in the kitchen, directly train personnel, collaborate with Chef for planning menus, food orders, organization and overall cleanliness of kitchen. Adhere to proper receiving and storage procedures. Assist with upholding labor percentage and food cost percentage expectations.
