Our menu is more varied than the mighty bacon roll but the principle is the same - comfort food. We make warm fuzzy feeling in the pit of your stomach food. We make good food. It’s our take on where the great British caf meets the iconic American Diner.
Where you fit
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who believes in the power of food to make someone’s day. You need to be the heartbeat of your kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with everyday operation and in his absence directing everything that goes into a plate of food from standards and efficiency to your team’s happiness.
You need to be as much about people as you are about food and be motivated by the success of your team. We want you to work closely together with your Head Chef to generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity and recognise the positive impact you can have on someone’s day and their career.
You’ll be comfortable and confident with the financial responsibilities associated with running a professional kitchen. Able to work to a process, you’ll have the ability to continually produce high quality food in any environment whilst ensuring that the effort invested by you and your team is profitable.
