If so, we are seeking a General Manager that is composed, committed and very well organised to join The Parogon Group and lead a large team at our established restaurant.

As the General Manager, you will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, providing exceptional service whilst being busy and under pressure, whilst ensuring your staff and management team are up to date with training and service standards.

You will be responsible for the day to day running and profitability of the business. You will analyse and track all financial aspects of the business such as budgets, sales forecasts, labour spends and food and drink GP’s, whilst looking at how to maximise the restaurant's revenue.

You will have full accountability for the performance of the site and will need to clearly delegate responsibility to junior managers to ensure they are assisting you in achieving the best results. You will also be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with all health & safety standards.
