Description
The Cavendish London is a 230 bedroom 4-star deluxe hotel, perfectly located in the heart of central London's Piccadilly, equidistant from Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations. We are a contemporary hotel, with great facilities, including 5 well equipped & stylish Meeting/Conference Rooms, a relaxing lounge & bar and fine dining restaurant.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be reporting to the Front of House Manager. our Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the smooth and effective running of each shift across our Food and Beverage operations. This role is crucial to:
• Ensuring exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
• Making sure that our brand standards are met at all times and exceeded whenever the opportunity is given
• Looking out for the team and taking charge in upholding team morale, while managing team efficiency and effectiveness overall
• Assisting F&B management with managerial duties and leading the team
For a Food & Beverage Supervisor, we are seeking a self-motivated, driven and professional team player with a passion for service excellence. Ideally you have:
• A fully flexible rotating roster throughout the week
• Passion for Food & Beverage
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with Micros (desirable)
